About Us: Complete Landscape, part of North Western Property Maintenance Inc., is a leading provider of landscape maintenance services. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of service on our townhouse and condo sites. If you are highly organized, love working as part of a team, and have a passion for landscaping, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of 3 staff members, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, and garden bed maintenance
- Coordinate daily schedules and ensure all tools and materials are available and in good working order
- Communicate effectively with the team and ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on-site
- Report progress, challenges, and project updates to management
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and client expectations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
