Hardscape Technician – Fast Track to Lead (No Experience Needed)
We are looking for a high-potential Field Technician to join our Hardscape & Synthetic Grass division. This isn't just a laborer role—we are looking for a future leader. If you show us you’re a superstar, we intend to move you into a Lead Hand position within 6 months.
No experience? We will train the right person. We don’t care what’s on your resume as much as we care about your drive, your reliability, and your "can-do" attitude. No losers, no excuses, just hard workers who want to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Hardscape Construction: Learn to install synthetic grass, paving stones, and decks.
- Master the Machinery: Operate mini-skid steers, dump trailers, and power tools.
- Winter Warrior: Join our snow plowing and salting team during the winter season.
- Drive: Operate company vehicles to and from job sites.
Who You Are:
- Future Leader: You take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Reliable: You are on-site and ready to work at 7:00 am sharp. Every day.
- Physically Elite: You can repetitively lift 50+ lbs and enjoy hard physical work.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
The Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Winter hours vary/on-call).
- Growth: Clear pathway to a Lead position with higher pay within 60-180 days.
- Environment: A culture of safety, continuous improvement, and "3S" activities.
